Senate Passes Continuing Resolution

The Senate passed the House’s Continuing Resolution (CR) to keep the federal government funded at Fiscal Year 2021 levels until March 11. Congressional leaders have come to agreement on Fiscal Year 2022 topline funding levels, and have indicated that yet another CR is unlikely. All this uncertainty continues to delay the release of the President’s Budget Request for Fiscal Year 23 and the subsequent appropriations season on Capitol Hill.
