Bear Down and step up through UA Cares

UA Cares is a set of initiatives that enable faculty, staff and students to give back to the community year-round through service projects, blood drives and other charitable activities. This month, the UA Cares Workplace Giving Campaign has been underway, giving employees the opportunity to enroll in payroll deductions to benefit 501(c)(3) nonprofits or University of Arizona programs and units. The campaign also incorporates volunteer service opportunities.
Wildcats came together this month to support three projects: cleanups of a local park and middle school, and a blood drive that raised enough donations to help 87 people in local hospitals.
