Community Relations connects university staff members with Arizona leaders at ACMA meeting
The Community Relations team sponsored and helped coordinate the Arizona City/County Management Association's summer meeting, which was held in Tucson. ACMA is a nonprofit professional membership organization dedicated to advancing local government management in Arizona.
This annual meeting provides an excellent opportunity for university faculty and staff who engage with local governments to interact directly with municipal leaders. We were pleased to facilitate in-person connections between staff members from the School of Government and Public Policy, the Eller College of Management and Arizona Public Media with leaders from across Arizona. We also staffed a booth, sharing information from many other community-engaged units on campus.
