Congressmen Crane and Ciscomani Receive Committee Assignments

Arizona’s two new Members of Congress received their first committee assignments this past week. Representative Eli Crane (R), a former Navy SEAL, represents an enormous swath of the northeast corner of the state extending from the Utah-Arizona border, encompassing Flagstaff, Prescott, and stretching down to Florence. Rep. Crane will sit on the House Homeland Security Committee.
Representative Juan Ciscomani (R), former Senior Advisor to Gov. Doug Ducey and Vice-Chairman of the Arizona-Mexico Commission, represents Tucson, Casa Grande, Sierra Vista, and Safford. Rep. Ciscomani will sit on the House Appropriations Committee.
