GCR attends Phoenix Mayor's State of the City

Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego used her annual State of the City address to showcase accomplishments over the past year and since she assumed the role of Mayor of Phoenix in 2019, and a team from GCR was there to hear it. Highlights of her speech included explosive growth in the semiconductor and healthcare industries. She touted the enhanced healthcare infrastructure being developed in downtown at the Phoenix Bioscience Core, which includes the UA College of Medicine-Phoenix, Pharmacy, Public Health, Nursing and Telemedicine, as well as the highly anticipated Center for Advanced Molecular and Immunological Therapies (CAMI). She also used the occasion to announce that the Dutch government will establish a trade office in Phoenix, and that Sky Harbor will build a new terminal catering to international travel.
