The latest at the Arizona State Capitol

The three public universities presidents were invited to present to the House Committee on Appropriations. President Robbins addressed the committee to express support for Governor’s Hobbs’ budget recommendations and answer questions about UA’s internal budget situation.  Throughout the 30-minute presentation, legislators were given the chance to ask President Robbins and interim CFO John Arnold about UA’s plans to address the university’s budget deficit. It was robust and productive exchange and legislators appreciated the opportunity to ask questions of the President.
