Community Relations regularly meets with local interest groups to share updates and seek collaborative opportunities with the broader community. This supports our land-grant mission by directly connecting business, civic and community leaders to the many activities underway on campus.
Recently, the team attended the Marana Chamber of Commerce’s monthly breakfast meeting to share information on how business leaders can hire Wildcats for internships. They also spoke about how to visit on-campus attractions and highlighted the philanthropic work that university employees undertake through U of A’s annual workplace giving campaign.
