In Memoriam

Last week, the University of Arizona and the AZ agriculture community lost one of its best friends and greatest advocates, Kevin Rogers. In 2019, Kevin was appointed as one of Arizona’s two delegates to the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities’ Council for Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching (CARET). In this role, Kevin traveled to Washington, DC with his characteristic cowboy hat to advocate for congressional support for agriculture resources for the state of Arizona. The UA Government Relations team will miss the kindness, authenticity, and good humor he brought to all he did. With much love to the Rogers family.
