President Robbins Hosts a Fireside Chat with Governor Hobbs
On Wednesday President Robbins held a fireside chat with Governor Hobbs at the sixth annual InvisionAZ Tech Summit on the 17th hole of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. The summit convenes Arizona innovators, business executives, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, investors, and other prominent business leaders. It features panels and discussions on issues critical to Arizona’s innovation community. During the fireside chat Governor Hobbs outlined various key initiatives that she will pursue this legislative session including her proposal to increase financial aid for students via the Arizona Promise Program, financial support for DACA students in response to the passage of Prop. 308, and her support for each university’s New Economy Initiative programs.
