Government & Community Relations joined University of Arizona Athletics in South Tucson for an annual event with Hispanic business and community leaders. University President Robert C. Robbins and Tucson City Council Member Richard Fimbres kicked off the event to a packed crowd at American Eat Company, which included many current and past elected officials. The speakers emphasized the importance of our mutual engagement, including an increasing number of UA students from the South Tucson community and the University’s Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) Initiatives.
