Neighborhood Clean-up Project

The Community Relations Team partnered with the City of Tucson, the Campus Farm Neighborhood Association, and a local nonprofit called Tucson Clean and Beautiful to remove debris and invasive buffelgrass from a large wash near the Campus Agricultural Center. Approximately 100 volunteers from UA Greek organizations and surrounding communities assisted in the removal of 40 large trash bags to beautify our community and promote the health of a wash that flows into the Rillito River.
