Aundrea DeGravina is a public policy professional with expertise working on an array of policy topics including higher education, natural resources and other issues impacting Arizona’s business community. Most recently, she worked as a Director at Horizon Strategies. Her earlier experiences include lobbying on behalf of various private-sector clients at Molera Alvarez and working at the Arizona State Land Department where she liaised with the state legislature, growing key relationships and developing an unparalleled reputation for success.
Her enthusiasm for education policy started when she was still in college and served as the Student Regent on the Arizona Board of Regents from 2017-2019, a prestigious role that afforded her a unique perspective and opportunities for growing her skill set within higher education. Aundrea received a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Political Science and one in Psychology, and went on to receive a master's degree in Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
In addition to her professional work, Aundrea is passionate about supporting women working in government and adjacent arenas. She is a founding member of The Rose Society, a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for women to grow their network and provide career development opportunities in those spheres. She is actively engaged in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona as a Big Sister.
