Governor Hobbs Visits UA Campus

Last Saturday afternoon Governor Katie Hobbs made her first visit to the University of Arizona campus in her official role as Governor of the State of Arizona. During her visit, the Governor attended the UA vs ASU basketball game with Regent Cecilia Mata, attended the Regents’ Cup competition, toured UA’s hypersonic wind tunnel facility, and visited with student groups across campus. We appreciated the Governor’s visit, which provided an excellent opportunity to showcase some significant contributions UA’s students and research provides to the state.
